Once a quote has been issued you have 30 days to send a deposit of 50% to secure your booking.

The outstanding balance is required 30 days before the big day.

If the booking is made within 30 days of the wedding, we require the full payment at once. Payment can be made by cheque, postal order, banker's draft or bank transfer.

 

Terms and conditions

The Customer
The Customer is the person making the wedding vehicle hire booking and who is solely responsible for the booking.

The Booking Price
The Booking Price is the price quoted once a route and all requirements have been established between Vintage Dubs LTD and the Customer. Our price will always be quoted as an all inclusive price and is the price you will pay, therefore no VAT or hidden charges will be added at a later date.

Maintenance
Whilst every effort is afforded to maintain the serviceability of the Campervan, due to their age responsibility cannot be accepted for mechanical, electrical or material breakdown whatsoever. In this unlikely event, every effort will be made for the immediate repair to the VW Camper so that the journey can continue, if we cannot fix the problem and the vehicle is unusable, Vintage Dubs LTD will offer to the Customer a refund.

In the event of a breakdown or accident to the Campervan prior to the date of the booking, every effort will be made to supply an alternative vehicle(s) at Vintage Dubs LTD discretion. If this is not acceptable to the Customer a refund will be made.

In the event of breakdown or accident, no responsibility will be accepted for missed connections and/or functions howsoever caused.

Responsibility
Vintage Dubs LTD cannot accept responsibility for adverse weather conditions, or acts by other persons or organisations which may impact adversely on the hire period.

Booking & Transport Refusal
Vintage Dubs LTD reserve the right to refuse a booking. Vintage Dubs LTD also reserve the right to refuse entry to the Campervan or to any person(s) they deem unfit for whatsoever reason, and can refuse to continue the journey if any person(s) behave in a manner which may be detrimental to any other person or the vehicle(s) and its contents. In this event, no refund will be given.

Damage by Customers
Customers must note that they are liable for any damage caused inside and outside the Campervan(s) by either themselves or any other member of their party. The Customer will agree to be liable for the total retail cost of the repair and Vintage Dubs LTD will determine the location of the repair. Vintage Dubs LTD will also impose a £100.00 valeting charge if the vehicle(s) are misused through food, drink or illness.

Loss of Belongings
Vintage Dubs LTD will not accept any liability for any belongings lost by the Customer or any of their party whilst using its services.

Photographs
Vintage Dubs LTD will take photographs at your event, and we may use them on our website or for other promotional material. If you do not wish your photos to be used, please advise us at the time of booking.

No Smoking Policy
We operate a strict no smoking policy in our vehicle.

General
Bookings are accepted only on the understanding that the client understands and accepts the above terms and conditions as set out by Vintage Dubs LTD, and the payment of the deposit signifies such acceptance. By making a booking, the Customer has entered into a binding contract with Vintage Dubs LTD.

Vintage Dubs LTD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these terms in whole or in part, at any time. Changes to the terms will be effective when notice of such changes is posted.

* Vintage Dubs LTD, provides a Chauffeur Driven service to a wedding location from your chosen location. This location is limited to 100 miles from our postcode ( MK17 0NG). We can be flexibile on this so please contact us for a chat and we can discuss further your requirements and what is possible.
